How often do I have to register?
All players/coaches/mgrs, must register every season

How do I register as a Coach or Manager?
To register as a Coach, Assistant Coach, or Manager is a two step process. First complete the registration form from the link below to register as the coach ,assistant, or manager. Ber sure to print your registration receipt. Second take the User ID and Password from your registration receipt and go the the Volunteer page and complete the risk management form. Using your ID and Password will keep you from having to re-enter everything you put into your registration form. The online risk management form will return your results within a few seconds and no one will see your info.

When do I have to complete the Risk Management Form?
All coaches/Referees/Managers must renew their Risk Management Form every Fall, even if you were a new coach in the Spring.

Do I register for Recreational or Competitive?
All players, coaches should register for Recreational to play with LHSA. The competitive is reserved fro Club soccer teams.

Do I have to register for Recreational and PAL and what is the cost?
If you are registering for U7 - U10 you can register for both Rec. and PAL for the Rec. fee . If you are registering for PAL only, the fee will be $85 per season.

What is a User ID and Password, and Why do I need to remember it?
Your User ID and Password is assigned to you the first time you register. It is noted on the registration receipt. Make note of the ID and Password, it will make future registrations quicker and easier.
When you use your ID and Password, you will only need to update items like address, phone, email, grade, etc.

Registration Tips
Your user ID and Password are case sensitive so make sure you enter them the way they appear on your receipt.

Always use Sentance Case when filling out the registration form. Do not use ALL CAPS or all lower case.

Always register with your legal name as on Birth Certificate. Do not use nick names or middle names.

Use the notes box on the registration form to note any special requests, i.e. I would like to play for coach Smith, or I would like to play with my classmates from ABC School, etc. All requests are examined but none are guaranteed.
